America Bhromoner Galpoguchha by Biswapratim Bhowmick [Hardcover]

This is a travelogue written in Bengali language based on the author’s personal experiences. Each chapter also includes a collection of photographs taken by the author. There are 25 cities selected across 25 states in the USA, with one chapter dedicated to each city. For each chapter or city, the author provides a descriptive narrative of a personal experience related to the city. The end of each chapter provides a list of travel information based on the author’s personal choices. The end-of-chapter list includes sightseeing tours, shopping, museums, restaurants, views, local beer, and other information. This is not a travel guide, instead, it is a collection of personal travel tales, and there is a final chapter with additional travel related information, again based on the author’s personal experiences and opinions. The author has been living in  New York City, USA for the past 30 years.

The storytelling aims to take the reader along for a journey to these destinations. The author aims to enhance the reader’s experience with the over 200 color photographs in the book. This book is a culmination of several years of travel experience.
